This is an absolutely brilliant ZNet article – “For Intelligent Civilization – on Earth” – November 11, 2013 by Paul Street that offers ever so lucidly a solution to the survival of our planet, including us, homo sapiens, and all other forms of life by rejecting fossil fuels and the mad human use of nuclear power in favor of safe, clean, renewable energy. This can only be
done through rescuing and preserving “humanity and livable ecology through mass resistance and a revolutionary transformation that takes us beyond the world’s unelected and interrelated dictatorships of money, profit, empire, and eco-cide.” There is no other alternative, and the longer we wait the worse it becomes and much more difficult to extricate ourselves from like much more misery, death, suffering,and destructionsuch as what happened from the recent super typhoon that hit the Visayas of the Philippines with unimaginable and unspeakable, ferocious devastation! This is the only way ultimately to a viable and sustainable world peace! His article/essay for world peace is par excellence, offering a supreme vision for this planet and the cosmos, that the far more intelligent aliens are praising him right now, and encouraging him to fulfill the vision of saving our planet! He is a a noble visionary, so sublime and prophetic. Therefore, there is definitely a need for an intelligent civilization on Earth.
