Tamara V is a writer, filmmaker, and activist based in Montréal, Québec. She is a founding member of the the Global Balkans network and the Volatile Works media arts collective, and participates in various capacities in the migrant justice movement. She is a researcher at the Media@McGill centre for research and public outreach on issues of media, technology, and culture.
