Many people are well aware that Pakistan was turned into a communal infero by the brainless morons who occupy the pulpit throughout the length and breadth of Pakistan. They have spouted so much venom for decades against other human beings in the name of their sectarian faith, which they call pure and true Sunni Islam that total ignorance has taken possession of the minds of the followers of this branch of Islam. Their numbers? Not a few millions. They are over a hundred million, in my view. What is happening now is due to that.
Will this barabarity and killings of other human beings stop in Pakistan? But how can this stop when the people who do this are convinced that what they are doing is in the service of Allah, the Prophet and the true Isalm? What I am aiming at is to ask people with some understanding of the situation that prevails in Pakistan to undetake a closer examination and devise strategies to cope with the problem. It is fine to raise our hands in prayers and offer condolences to the bereaved families. But the poison of false indoctrination will continue to wreak havoc and more people will fall victims to Islamist terrorists and killers.
