Speakers include:

Jeff Cohen: media critic; former commentator on CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC; senior producer of MSNBC’s Phil Donahue show; founding director of the Park Center for Independent Media at Ithaca College. He founded the media watch group FAIR in 1986, and co-founded RootsAction in 2011.

Sonali Kolhatkar: journalist; author of Rising Up: The Power of Narrative in Pursuing Racial Justice; and co-author of Bleeding Afghanistan.

Michael Arria: Mondoweiss’s U.S. correspondent; producer of The Shift, tracking U.S. politics and Palestine; and of Power & Pushback, covering the Palestine movement and the repression of Palestine activism.

Alexandria Shaner: author and staff member at ZNetwork.org; writer for Extinction Rebellion. Her work has appeared in Common Dreams, Foreign Policy in Focus, LA Progressive, Waging Nonviolence, Antiwar.com, and many more outlets.

Jesse Meyerson: Communications Director for IfNotNow and former communications Director for India Walton for Mayor.
